We have a team of technical experts with rich experience in the design, manufacturing, and quality control of various plastic injection moulding products. We are focused on expanding our business operations and adding higher tonnage machines to support our customer requirements.

AMS Technologies is an ISO 9000:2015 Company started in 2014 with a mission to offer high quality precision moulded engineering components to meet a different range of applications. Our facilities, machining infrastructure, technologies, quality process and human resources have made us meet our customer’s expectations.
We manufacture and supply the precession injection moulding components. We have all the modern injection moulding facilities with a house tool room and a team of technical experts. We can manufacture plastic articles from 10 Gms to 1.5 KG with high precision and critical industrial parts/sub assembles through injection moulding.
Our products find application in various industries, which include automotive, electronics, Medical, electrical, Data centre cable manager and housing. We process a range of engineering thermoplastic materials such as Polycarbonate, Nylon, Delrin, ABS and polypropylene and their glass filled as per our customers' application.

We have an in-house tool room with CNC Machines and expert designers and tool makers. We manufacture precision moulds with different applications according to our customer’s requirements.

OUR EXPANSION
With growing demands in injection moulded components, we want to expand our supplier to the global market soon. We are focusing on expanding our business operation and adding higher tonnage machines to support our customer requirements. We are planning to add the 450T and 650T injection moulding machines to achieve up to 2kg of the plastic article.
